Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us for the use of the website, the customer portal and everything connected to them.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://eratt.com, the customer portal and all connected services (the "Service"), operated by Eratt ("Eratt", "we", "us"). By using the Service you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
The Service is offered to businesses. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are using the Service for business purposes and that you are authorised to bind the organisation you represent.
1. What the Service is
The Service produces marketing content for online stores. From a website you nominate and from public search and competitor data, it proposes a monthly content plan and produces bundles consisting of a long-form article, category page copy, a cover image, a synthetic voiceover and a short video summary. Approved bundles can be published to channels you connect, or downloaded as an archive.
Content is produced with the assistance of automated generation systems. No bundle is published without an explicit approval action by you.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for everything done through your account.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that is used unlawfully, or that puts the Service or other customers at risk.
3. Your responsibilities
- Rights in what you submit. You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, the website, brand assets and materials you ask us to analyse.
- Review before publishing. Automatically generated content can contain factual errors, outdated information or claims that do not suit your market. You are responsible for reviewing every bundle before approving it, and for its accuracy and legal compliance once published.
- Regulated claims. If your sector restricts advertising claims — health, supplements, cosmetics, finance and similar — you are responsible for ensuring the published content complies with the rules that apply to you.
- No misuse. Do not use the Service to produce unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive material, to attack or reverse engineer the Service, or to circumvent usage limits.
4. Ownership of content
You retain all rights in the material you supply. Subject to payment of the applicable fees, we assign to you all rights we hold in the content generated for you, so you may publish, edit, redistribute and commercialise it without restriction.
The Service itself — the software, interfaces, prompts, models, workflows, branding and documentation — remains our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any right in it.
Because generation is automated and driven by widely available inputs, we cannot guarantee that output is unique across customers, nor that it is free of similarity to existing published material. Your review step exists partly for this reason.
5. Subscriptions, fees and cancellation
- The Service is sold as a monthly or annual subscription with a defined monthly bundle allowance. The applicable plan and price are those shown at checkout.
- Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and, unless stated otherwise, are quoted in Turkish lira (TRY) including applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand.
- You may cancel at any time from the portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the Service remains available until then.
- Unused bundles do not carry over to the next period unless your plan explicitly says so.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A change applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
- Consumers resident in Türkiye additionally benefit from the statutory withdrawal and refund rights set out in the Turkish-language distance selling agreement and delivery and refund terms presented at checkout. Nothing here limits those rights.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable. Interruptions caused by third-party providers, network failures or events beyond our reasonable control are outside our responsibility.
7. Third-party services
Publishing to platforms you connect, and the generation providers listed in our Privacy Policy, are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their pricing or changes they make to their APIs. If a platform withdraws access, the corresponding integration may stop working.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that using it will produce any particular search ranking, traffic level, conversion rate or commercial result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for the mandatory statutory rights of consumers.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you published through the Service, from material you supplied to it, or from your breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the amended Terms; if you do not, you may cancel before they apply.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, except where mandatory consumer law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence.
